Multiple Orgasms

What is a Multiple Orgasm?

Multiple orgasms are a series of sequential orgasmic experiences that occur in quick succession. And when it comes to multiples, women have the biological upper hand over men. This is because unlike men, women do not experience a refractory period (the period of time after men ejaculate when they can't be aroused). So women can and do respond to stimulation immediately after orgasm.
Orgasm
Men are also capable of multiple orgasms, however for men, exercises using the PC muscles along with breathing to separate orgasm from ejaculation are needed. The refractory period only applies to ejaculation. If a man can use the PC muscles to prevent ejaculation, then he can continue stimulation to reach the point over and over without the refractory period.

Here are some general guidelines for Women who seek Multiple Orgasms:
Multiple Orgasms1. Create a welcoming atmosphere, both on the inside and in your surroundings. Being comfortable within your body, accepting yourself the way you are, and knowing that you are loved is paramount. This is followed by creating an outer environment where you can feel relaxed. In order to surrender in the moment, one must feel comfortable and safe.

2. Learn about your body. You have to crawl before you walk; you have to have one orgasm before you can have multiple orgasms. Spend some time with yourself, getting to know what feels good. This is the essential foundation to sexual response.
3. Practice. It takes practice to achieve multiple orgasms. In many ways it is like learning to have your first orgasm all over again. Immerse yourself in fantasy, or do whatever it takes to get aroused.
4. Slow down, and use lots of foreplay, especially foreplay that focuses on clitoral stimulation along with breathing.
5. Get some rest beforehand. Often, experiencing multiples is limited by your lack of sleep. After one orgasm, many women feel relaxed. So relaxed, that they may want to drift off to sleep. But if you are well rested, you can resist that sleep temptation, and work for another orgasm, and another, and another.
6. After the first orgasm, the orgasms come easier. It might take 10 to 15 minutes to reach your first orgasm, but your second can occur in a couple minutes or even a few seconds, and your third shortly thereafter. Keep going as long as you are enjoying yourself.
7. Have fun. There is no right or wrong. Only you can set the limit as to how far and long you’d like to go. The “take home” lesson is that multiple orgasms do sound appealing, however even a single mindful orgasm has the power to free the body.

Full Body Orgasm

Full Body Orgasm
When a man or woman makes love, the reason that they only experience an orgasm in the pelvis area is because this is the area that they intensely focus on. The mind is a very powerful tool. Where you focus and put your intention is where the energy goes. By using a combination of your intention along with the breath, anyone can circulate sexual energy throughout the entire body. The breath is the vehicle that moves energy throughout the body.
Just take a moment, sitting in your chair. Relax the body and mind, taking a few deep breaths. When you are ready, squeeze the perineum, doing a Kegel exercise. As you squeeze, take a deep breath in, feeling the energy flowing up through your abdomen, into your arms and fingers, through your heart and neck, all the way up to the crown of your head. Then exhale out your mouth. As you exhale, feel and visualize the energy sinking down, through your body, into your legs, as you become heavier and more grounded. Do you feel slight tingling throughout your body? This is the flow of energy. Squeezing the perineal muscles, these Kegel exercises are the same muscle contractions that occur during orgasm. This point in the perineum, called the Hui Yin point is very well known in Taoist Energy Healing and Eastern medicine because it is the meeting point of four different pathways of energy flowing throughout the body, connecting to the sacrum, navel, crown of the head, and through the legs (See figure). So when we squeeze, we are opening these channels, releasing this energy throughout our body. It is very possible, using Kegel exercises, along with breathing, and mindful intention to have a full body orgasm without any genital stimulation whatsoever.

The following suggestions are a very good guide to experiencing full body orgasms:
Take it slowly. Build the sexual energy a little at a time. There is no hurry. Every touch is a complete sexual act. Keep touching and teasing, making that store of sexual energy stronger and stronger. It is like filling water behind a dam where orgasm is the explosion breaking the dam. The amount of sexual energy within you determines both the strength of the orgasm, as well as how far up your body the orgasm will go.

Practice doing Kegel exercises daily. At least forty times a day, or four sets of ten. There are also devices available that help to strengthen the PC muscles. It is recommended to use one of these because muscle can only get so strong contracting without resistance. Using such a device can make the PC muscles even stronger. This not only strengthens our pelvic muscles for a better climax, but it also increases the amount of sexual energy you have within you. In Eastern medicine, this point is called the “Gate of Life and Death” because it is believed that the energy that keeps the organs and body strong is retained by having strong PC muscles. Likewise, this energy drains away through this point if there are weak PC muscles. So make sure to do them daily for health as well as to build a nice healthy libido. If you never reach full body orgasm, this alone sets the stage for great sex!
Become familiar with chakras and the energy system. Chakras, literally meaning “spinning wheels” and centers or vortexes of energy within the body.

There are seven chakras: the root, navel, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, and crown. Our energy travels up our bodies thru these chakras. Those very attuned to the body’s energy can actually see the spinning on energy in each chakra as it expands outwards. So take a few minutes each day to focus on each chakra. All seven chakras have a specific color, as well as negative and positive emotion associated with them. Learn these and practice breathing through the chakras, placing your hands on each one as you take deep breaths focusing your intention on each. Allow them to expand, becoming stronger and stronger.

Focus on the places that your partner, or you yourself, stimulate at the moment (It is good to practice on yourself as well). Remember that each touch is a complete sexual act. For example, if you feel a touch on your neck, tune in to the sensations that you feel at that exact spot. Do not allow yourself to think of anything but. Be the actual touch. Tantra is to make every moment count. Allowing your thoughts to stray on the way you look, the work you have to do, or what someone else is doing in the moment, is wasting a good time, your time! Let go of the thoughts, and live in each touch!

Finally, during orgasm, allow your mind to bring the energy up your body by simply directing it. While you feel your orgasm, feel yourself pull it up thru your stomach, chest, neck, landing finally in the crown of your head. Simply place your attention to where you want the energy to be, and with time, you will find the energy traveling. It may take a little practice, but after a while the orgasm will travel all the way to the top! Once this happens, the energy can continue to recycle throughout the body, having one orgasm after another, not knowing exactly where one ends and one begins.

Sessions for Women

Tantric Sessions for Women

After I arrive at your home, hotel or apartment, I will greet you, introduce myself, and we can talk about the session, about whatever you’d like as I begin to set up and create a sacred space within the room and surrounding the massage table.
Various aromatherapy essential oils will be available for you to choose from that can be incorporated into the massage oil as well as onto the headrest of the table so you can smell the luxurious oils with each breath.  You will be covered with a sheet (as well as a nice toasty blanket in the winter) to ensure your warmth and comfort.
A Tantric session is often the first step in learning to be a sexual being without going into fantasy or “spacing out”.  You experience how to truly feel your body as it is being touched and aroused sexually, to be in the present moment, aware and alive.

The Tantric session is a ritual of receiving the sensual kundalini (sexual) energy flowing through the entire body.  Throughout the session, you are given time to feel your body being explored without goals.  Energetic healing and tantric coaching are added to the ecstasy of receiving the nurturing and awakening sensual massage.  The environment is created in which you can release stress and feel more alive in your body while staying fully present to your sexual energy.

The massage begins face down on the massage table with guided relaxation and breathing.  Your comfort and sense of safety is of utmost importance.  Starting face down is a very safe, nurturing position enveloping the heart and intimate areas in the table.  I will place my hands on your back, staying still as caring and calming energy flows throughout your body.   The session will go at the speed which you are most comfortable.

As your breathing becomes deeper and your body becomes more and more relaxed, I will begin to explore your body.  My intuition guides my hands as I work with the energy, gliding from your toes slowly upwards toward the crown of your head, then back down, breathing deeply, and connecting you with the circular breath, (in through nose, out through mouth) and flow of energy within your body.  My touch is gentle and relaxing, responding to your subtle body's imbalances and emotional needs, as well as deeper with emphasis on the physical body for muscular relief.

When the back massage naturally comes to a conclusion, I will ask you to slowly flip over.  I will then gently place my hands on your heart.  As you breathe you will start to feel good, sad, mad, joyous, your mind may wander or think this is silly… Just let yourself have these feelings.  Take a breath and come back to the present moment.

When it feels appropriate, I will begin to caress your upper body with a slow and gentle touch.  The breasts are the seat to the Goddess’ sexuality so this is an appropriate place to start.  The key here is to stay present to the feeling and not go into fantasy.  Imagine that you have never been touched before and simply feel what it feels like receive this slow, gentle touch.   Your entire body, neck, arms, chest, belly, hips, inner thighs, legs, and feet will be awakened, massaged and explored as you continue to breathe.  After making sure you are comfortable on your back and feeling safe and connected, the session will gradually flow into the yoni massage.

The session will go one second at a time, one touch at a time.  Each part will be explored as if never touched before.  The sensations will vary from very light touch to deep exploration.  You will be encouraged to let me know how you are feeling.  Often when an intense pleasure or emotion surfaces, we hold our breath.  This shuts off our resources and makes it more difficult to move the energy, so if this happens I will gently remind you to continue taking deep breaths.  Relax, surrender in the moment, and enjoy receiving the massage.

Slowly as the session comes to a close, you will be given time to come back and bask in the wonderful energy that has been created.  You will be comforted with light gentle touch all over your body, wrapped in the warm blanket, and allowed to relax and regroup.

After the session, it’s always a good idea to drink and eat something.  And we can chat about your experience and how you are feeling.

Prenatal Massage

Prenatal Massage

Expectant moms experience unique physical and emotional changes that occur as a result of increased weight, fatigue, shifting posture, and adjusting hormone levels.  While this is a beautiful period of heightened expectation and joy, mothers-to-be can also feel discomfort ranging from muscular tension and headaches, to pressure on the knees as well as other physical concerns.  Prenatal sessions address the bodily changes of expecting mothers, both physically and emotionally with respect and care.
Prenatal MassagePrenatal sessions will also address the perineal tissue.  The better you prepare your perineal tissues for the stretching of birth, the less chance they will tear.  Not only does perineal massage help prepare the tissue, but it also allows you to learn the sensations of childbirth and how to control these muscles.  Midwives report that women who receive perineal massage regularly during pregnancy experience less stinging sensation during crowning as well as are much less likely to tear or get an episiotomy.  This is because during childbirth when the perineum stretches, it is very common for the body to tense and for you to take more shallow breaths.
Prenatal sessions help to prepare expectant mothers to be in the most relaxed, comfortable, and open state possible for childbirth.  Massage combined with breathwork and energywork helps to release physical and emotional tension and prepare expectant mothers to experience orgasmic child birth.
Prenatal MassageThat’s right, orgasmic childbirth.  Although we rarely ever see the word orgasm and childbirth in the same sentence, orgasmic birth is part of Mother Nature's master plan.  Birth is a sexual experience and biologically it makes sense. The pleasures of birth allow for better mother-infant bonding.  Far from perverse, orgasmic pleasures are a continuation of the act of conception itself.

They're in the best interest of the baby, and an ideal starting point for healthy family relationships.  Research conducted by Dr. Beverly Whipple in 1989, as well as others, indicates that orgasms can be induced in some women during childbirth.  It is believed that this happens because of pressure from the baby's head on its mother's all-important hypogastric and pelvic nerve systems.  These nerves play a part in a woman's ability to experience vaginal, cervical and G-spot orgasms.  Also, the release of the hormone oxytocin during childbirth which is responsible for the nipple erection and uterine contractions, dulls pain as well.  This can actually produce stronger, more effective, even pleasurable contractions.  Best yet, it can make for orgasmic sensations, especially with the increase in ecstasy-producing beta-endorphins.
Prenatal Massage
So why don’t all women orgasm during childbirth and how do women experience such an orgasm?  In order for orgasms to happen, women have to overcome their birthing fears, know that they are sexual beings even during pregnancy, embrace the idea of intense pleasure during childbirth, allow their body to be open, and most importantly, take control of their pregnancy and childbirth.  Instead of handing their bodies over to medicine to speed labor, they need to work with non-interventional practitioners like myself, as well as midwives.  Synthetic hormones can actually make for contractions that are more painful, causing problems like rupture of the uterus.
Prenatal sessions greatly help women feel physically, emotionally, and energetically ready for childbirth.  We can work with normal birthing fears, watching them come and go, not allowing them to affect our state of mind.  Using a combination of energywork, breathwork, and massage, the body opens and is allowed to feel relaxed, comforted, pleasured.
Make childbirth an emotionally, physically, and sexually fulfilling event!

Female Ejaculation

 Female Ejaculation

“Amrita” is an ancient Sanskrit word meaning nectar of the goddess.
A liquid most treasured and revered in ancient Tantric and yogic texts. But what exactly is it and why do some women release it and others do not? Even modern medicine still isn’t exactly sure, much less in agreement. There is a good deal of mythology surrounding the biological reality of what has been only recently termed as “female ejaculation”.
We now know that there's more than one way to make a wet spot - in fact, there's a whole camp of doctors who believe that all women ejaculate when they have an orgasm. In one study from Florida State University in Tallahassee, 82 percent of women said they experienced a release of liquid at the moment of orgasm. Haven't noticed this yourself? "Since most women are lying on their backs during sex and the amount of fluid is so small [about a teaspoon], it sometimes doesn't come out," explains Beverly Whipple, professor at Rutgers University and president of the American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors and Therapists. "But research has demonstrated that all women do release a substance through the urethra that is not urine.""
AmitraSo where does it come from?

There is a female counterpart to the male prostate; technically known as “Skene’s” glands. Just as in the male prostate, the ducts from these glands empty into the urethral canal. The liquid produced by the Skene’s glands is definitely not urine, but a thin clear fluid containing glucose and prostatic acid which is very similar to the makeup of semen, obviously without the sperm.
Female EjaculationDuring sexual arousal the Skene’s glands may be stimulated in a way as to release secretions into the urethral canal. These secretions are ultimately expelled through the urethral opening (just as in male ejaculation). This fluid "release" is entirely unrelated to “vaginal” secretions, who’s primary, but not exclusive purpose is the lubrication of the vagina.

The Skene’s glands are smaller in size than the male prostate, and it would only seem logical to assume that the amount of “ejaculate” would also be less. The women seen ejaculating in mainstream adult movies are likely releasing liquid from their bladder rather than ejaculating. They fake their ejaculations just as they fake their orgasms. They are intentionally squirting liquid from their bladder to simulate orgasm and true female ejaculation, or rapidly expelling liquid that was previously injected inside their vagina. The proof of this is the shear volume and/or the white color of the liquid they expel. Anyway, regardless of the true quantity, it is a fact, that it is possible for women to ejaculate (squirt) prostatic fluid.
Female EjaculationWhere is this mysterious female prostate gland?
The Skene’s glands are embedded within the wall of the urethra, and can be indirectly felt through the upper vaginal wall, 2- 3 inches from the entrance to the vagina.

Using the pads of one or more fingers, it can best be identified as area of ridges behind the pubic bone. The center of this ridged surface, about the size of a dime to half dollar, is known as the Graffenberg spot or G-spot. During arousal the G-spot (which is made of erectile tissue) fills with blood and swells to 2-3 times its normal size. After arousal it is usually more easily identified and stimulated. Not all women are sensitive to stimulation or find it pleasurable. Since indirect pressure is applied to the bladder, some woman will feel the sensation to urinate. Breaking this psychological barrier makes it possible for some women to expel prostatic fluid, as a direct result of simultaneous stimulation of the G-spot and muscle contractions surrounding the urethra.

For a woman seeking to stimulate this area on her own, you can do so in a squatting position or lying on your back with your knees raised and inserting your middle finger into your vagina in an inverted "come hither" motion. A curved toy can also be used, however because the G-spot responds to pressure, not vibration, it would be recommended to use battery-less toy. During sex, rear entry is recommended. Unlike the currently widely accepted missionary position (face to face), rear entry has the advantage of exerting more direct pressure and stimulation onto the G-spot, by the penis. Secondly there is a greater chance of outward ejaculation (by the female), since the urethral canal is not compressed in a way as to inhibit the flow of fluid out of the urethral opening.

G spotFor those who desire to pursue the experience, the following points should be considered as essential for success.

Locating the G-spot. (1.5 – 2 inches along the upper wall of the vagina) Many men go right past it when working with their partners. Remember it is not very deep.
Work on developing strong PC (pubococcygeus) muscles. Well-toned PC muscles are crucial for those wanting to ejaculate as well as be multi-orgasmic.
Enjoying the sensations of G-spot stimulation and take your time. The G-spot is one of the most powerful emotional centers of the female body. Blocked feelings and thoughts can surface when working with the G-spot. So have patience as you open the flow of liquid as well as energy within the body.

Overcoming the fear of urinating, during arousal and G-spot stimulation. Emptying the bladder immediately prior to experience, since most women fear that they will urinate as soon as they relax their PC muscles. Remember it is only a fear, you will not urinate.
Don’t stress over it! By letting it go, you allow ejaculation to happen. Enjoy the pleasurable feelings and worship your body and the divine Goddess within.

Yoni Massage

Yoni Massage

Yoni (YO-NEE) is the Sanskrit word for the vagina
Literally meaning “sacred space or temple”. In Tantra, the vagina is the worshipped sacred part of the female body, which must be treated with care and respect. The Yoni massage is a sensuous form of bodywork that can build trust between the giver and receiver as well as connect the receiver to their inner sensual nature resulting in a feeling of complete well-being, satisfaction, and contentment.
Yoni MassageAlthough the Yoni massage can be extremely stimulating, the purpose is not to bring the woman to orgasm. Rather, it is to relax the receiver and to bring emotions to the surface so that she is free to express her natural, powerful, orgasmic nature. The experiences and feelings that a woman may have during the Yoni massage can be very different, ranging from anger, lust, sadness, or even indifference. Everything is possible and everything is allowed. The Yoni massage is not about focusing on a special kind of feeling or fulfilling a particular expectation. The idea is simply to witness the receiver and to honor and respect her feminine nature as a divine Goddess.

Before beginning the massage, you should gaze into each other's eyes while embracing and engaging in deep, relaxed, synchronized breathing. By doing this, the giver and receiver connect on a deep level, creating openness and the ground on which the yoni massage will grow. Both the giver and receiver should remember to keep breathing deeply, slowly, and with relaxation during the entire process.

Yoni MassageWhen you are both ready to begin the massage, the woman lies on her back with one pillow under her head and another under her hips to elevate her pelvis. She bends her knees and opens her legs to expose her Yoni. Sit comfortably between her legs with your legs crossed. You may wish to sit on a pillow or cushion.

Begin by massaging other parts of her body to encourage her to relax, start taking deeper breaths, and relax the muscles. Gently, but firmly, massage her legs, thighs, stomach, breasts and arms before venturing toward the Yoni. Next, massage the pubic bone area and then move down to the inner thigh area. With the right hand (the right hand is used to balance the polarity of Tantra), apply a high-quality oil or lubricant to the mound of the Yoni, pouring just enough so that it drips down the outer lips and covers the outside of the Yoni.
Yoni MassageGently rub the oil on the outer lips of the Yoni. With the thumb and index finger, gently squeeze each lip, sliding the fingers up and down the entire length of each lip. Then, carefully repeat this process with each inner lip of the vagina varying the pressure and speed of touch based on what feels right.

Next, gently stroke the clitoris in a circular motion, clockwise and counter-clockwise. Then, squeeze the clitoris between the thumb and index finger. Next, slowly and with great care, insert your middle finger into her Yoni. Very gently explore and massage the inside of the Yoni with your finger. Varying the speed and depth of your finger, feel inside the Yoni up, down and around. With your palm pointing upward and your finger inside your partner's Yoni, bend your finger to make contact with her G-spot, known as the "sacred spot" in Tantra.

Yoni MassageContinue the massage, trying different speeds, pressures and motions. Keep breathing and gazing into each other's eyes. You may have powerful emotions come up and feel like crying, or burst out laughing. This is simply blocked energy being freed and is very healing. Just keep breathing as the massage continues. If orgasm occurs, continue breathing. Don’t hold back, yell, scream, release the energy and emotions. This is your safe healing time. And remember that breathing is very important to continually move the energy throughout the body. This also enhances the healing aspect of the yoni massage. More orgasms may occur, each gaining in intensity. In Tantra this is called "riding the wave." Many women can learn how to be multi-orgasmic with the Yoni massage and a patient, caring partner.
Keep massaging until she tells you to stop. Very slowly, gently, and mindfully, remove your hands. The Yoni massage creates a space for a woman to relax, and enter a state of high arousal and experience much pleasure from her Yoni. Allow her to just lie there, perhaps covering her with a blanket making a warm cocoon around her body, and letting her to enjoy the afterglow of the Yoni massage. This is a profound time of great peace as you experience the joy of being a witness to this special moment.
